“You Go First Because I’m Not Interested In It!”

It never occur to me that I would change my religion, but I had some questions which were not being answered yet by the religion I was born with. It was Juan who tell me about the 7 Noahide Commandments and he was always encouraging me to study with him.

I always supported him with everything, but this time I told him: » You go first because I’m not interested in it ». He didn’t get angry or did anything. While he was searching and starting to study the Seven Noahide Commandments he was also sending me links to watch and to listen. Whenever he use to send me links, I did by curiosity watched and listen to the videos.

While watching and listening to the links about the Noahide Code, I slowly gained interest in knowing more about what it is to Live as a Noahide along with the Jewish People under G-ds Authentic Providence. Everyday I got more knowledge and become more and more knowledgeable on what this is all about.

So I decided also to join the online weekly lectures of Rabbi Moshe Perets every sunday and tuesdays night. « I’m starting to study Torah and the Seven Noahide Commandments, now ».

Now I know how what is the proper way to communicate with Hashem, and I can also feel that I am becoming closer to Him. Now I pray before and after eating ( which I didn t before), I pray twice a day in the morning and in the evening. And also every night I ask Hashem for forgiveness for the sins that I have done for the day through the prayer of repentance that I usually do only if I’m asking for something, then I ask also for forgiveness. Through reading also the Divine Code I started to know what is permitted and not permissible for us Noahides, always with the help, comments and explanation of Rabbi Perets. To be a Righteous Gentile is for me, to fulfill the Seven Noahide Commandments so we can all have a portion in the future world to come. And most important of all is to believe in the One True G-d, HaShem (The Unpronounceable Name). As one of the Filipino Noahides in Israel I consider myself very blessed for having accepted and live with the Seven Noahide Commandments and study Torah through the online courses offered by the Noahide Academy (noahideacademy.rgo).
