The "Vinger" is Not the Moon!
The creation testifies to the glory of the Creator.
“Raise your eyes on high, and see Who created these (things)…” Isaiah 40:26
“The heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament tells of His handiwork.” (Psalm 19:2)
Everything we see points to the Creator. Any person walking on the earth receives the breath in his nostrils from the Almighty.
There is a famous Buddhist saying that the finger pointing to the moon should not be confused with the moon itself.
The great mistake of chr'istianity was to confuse a created being with the Creator. Every human is created in the image of God and ultimately points to Him and reflects His glory. No human being who receives the breath of life from God should be equated with Him. (Jeremiah 10:1-16; 16:19-21)
