May She Sit With Me in the Park or Car?
Daily Study of the Noahide Code of Laws
The Divine Code for February 7, 2023
Today: Page 469- 470
Topic Chapter 7:11 - 7:15
It is permitted for a Noahide man to be secluded by day with a woman if:
- There are two women who dislike each other.
- There is a minor child (5+)who already knows the meaning of cohabtion.
- When there is an elderly man or woman present who is lucid.
- If there is also the daughter or granddaughter of the woman.
There is a prohibition of seclusion even in an open area, such as in an part of a field or park that is out of public view. Likewise, traveling in a car outside the city limits, or in secluded places in a city, or in an deserted public area of a city at night, is forbidden. One may be lenient when traveling along roads where there are cars driving by constantly, even if one is doing highway driving at night.
