Is the Probition of Seclusion given to Noahides?

Topic Chapter 7:16 - 7:18
The prohibition of seclusion was not expressly given to Noahides, but it is rather a precaution to guard one from forbidden relations. Therefore, if there is a great need for a Noahide to be in a certain place, but there is a Noahide of the opposite gender there and they will be secluded, but they are busy (e.g., with their occupation), and neither the man or woman are suspected of being licentious, it appears that they may be thus secluded in a temporary fashion.
There is no probition of seclusion for Noahides with eldery people who have alreay lost all lust for licentiousness. It appears that it is not forbidden for a Noahide to be secluded with a minor, since children at the age below 12 (for a girl), 13 (for a boy) do not have a lust for forbidden relations as do adults, and most adults do not desire to cohabit with minors. This only applies if the adult is NOT suspected of having any desire to abuse children or force relations upon them. It is forbidden to leave children alone with a known or supsected pedophile.
