I'm Obligated to Give an Organ to save Another Person?
The Divine Code for December 27, 2022
Today: Page 373
Topic Chapter 7:8 - 8:1a
A person is not obligated to donate a kidney or another organ (even if removing the organ is not life-threating) in order to save anohter person.
There is no permission for one to save one person's life by taking another person's life.
So for example, one cannot take a heart from a donor if that person is still alive or if it is known that this person will die within a very short time.
