Flood of Words of Torah.

Tehillim - Psalms 29:10
יְ֭הֹוָה לַמַּבּ֣וּל יָשָׁ֑ב וַיֵּ֥שֶׁב יְ֝הֹוָ֗ה מֶ֣לֶךְ לְעוֹלָֽם׃
"Just as G-d sat as king at the time of the Flood of Noach, making His dominion clear to all, so too, when the Jewish Nation is redeemed from exile, it will be clear to all that G-d sits as king forever."
Rashi: The L-rd sat [enthroned] at the flood alone in His greatness, and now also, the L-rd sits alone forever, “but the idols will completely pass away,” (as in Isa. 2:18), yet to His people He will give strength and a blessing of peace.
The people had forgotten the laws G-d had given to Adam, indeed they had forgotten G-d and their works were evil. It was through the water, through the righteousness of the Torah, that the world of Noah perished.
But this Torah, this same water will be so huge in the Messianic Age that it will once again be as deep as the ocean. But n for the better. Everyone will be fed by this water of life, by the Torah, so no one will have to ask his neighbour questions about G-d or about the Torah, because the knowledge about this will be so great that it will be completely logical.
The water that drowns the idols is the water that makes everyone in the time of Messiah, when the people fully return to their land, recognise Him as King.
