Two people who commited one act of murder simultaneously are both considered murderers and are both liable to capital punishment, if both of the attackers could have acoomplished the murder with his own power, or if neither of them could have accomplished the murder individually.
However, if only one of the attackers had the power on his own to commit the murder, while the other was not capable of doing it on his own, only the one with the capable power is liable to capital punishment form a court.
