Topic 3:3 -- topic 3:5
Noahides are not allowed to create their own religion. This means that he may not adopt commandments or rituals of Jews or other faiths as he sees fit. He may not observe Shabbat or sit in a Sukkah because he would have been commanded to do so.
However, if a Noahide is invited on Shabbat, for example, he may eat from the meal in honor of his guest. If a Noahide wishes to sit in a Sukkah he may do so if he does so only for his physical satisfaction.
A Noahide may be circumcised because this was a commandment given to Abraham for the giving of Torah on Sinai and his sons of Keturah were also circumcised. However, a Noahide may only do so as a gift to God and not out of obligation. He receives a spiritual reward for doing so.
