It's wise to be careful to observe any of the Jewish Commandments because it's forbidden to do so when one observe it like it's commanded to them.
Noahides are allowed to do other commandments from the Torah to receive a practical benefit but we are forbidden to perform commandments that require the holiness of a Jew such as writing a scroll of the Torah, Mezuzah or tefillin.
