Daily Verse: Tehillim Psalms 119:97
Speak Torah all Day?
מָה־אָהַ֥בְתִּי תוֹרָתֶ֑ךָ כׇּל־הַ֝יּ֗וֹם הִ֣יא שִׂיחָתִֽי׃
"O, G-d, how I love Your Torah!
It is the subject of my discussion all day long."
Is it possible to talk "only" about Torah all day? Sometimes you also just have to ask or say something practical to a person.
But everything we say must be Torah-based. That is, our speech must be positive and optimistic. That our speech certainly does not contain any Lashon hara. Not be about trivialities. Our voice is pleasant and pleasant, not loud or overly giggly.
Our speech should be as it is when we speak about Torah, knowing that HaShem hears everything.
Better yet, our speech is as if we speak Torah because we love HaShem, and because we love His Torah.
