Topic Chapter 3:1
Adultery with the wife of another man is forbidden for Gentiles. It is a capital sin if this action is performed in a normal way. If the act is done in an abnormal manner, it is punished by the Hand of Heaven.
Although it is not a capital sin when it comes to an betrothed woman, she is forbidden to other men. A Noahide court must impose punishments for such actions.
Failure of a court to intervene in such a situation would lead to an attitude of lawlessness. A situation in which a society cannot function healthily.
