Accept G-ds Kingship!
For August 17, 2022
Tehillim - Psalms 97:1
יי מָ֭לָךְ תָּגֵ֣ל הָאָ֑רֶץ יִ֝שְׂמְח֗וּ אִיִּ֥ים רַבִּֽים׃
When the Redemption arrives, everyone will see that G-d has always ruled as King, and the earth will rejoice. The many islands of the world will be happy.
On Rosh Hashanah [head of the year, Jewish new year], the sixth day of creation, Adam proclaimed “G-d is King” – he inspired the entire creation [he brought all the animals to G-d to honor Him as King] to acknowledge G-d’s sovereignty, as the Midrash describes at length. That day is coined “the beginning of Your work,” because it was the purpose of all of creation – both heavens and earth.
On Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish people accepted G-ds Kingship. Let it be that all Jewish people in our days accept G-ds sovereignty. So that in our days G-d is made the King of Israel. Then G-ds presence is expressed by the entire world, and “every creation will know that You created it.”
It will be a while before it is Rosh Hashana this year. But may it be the year that atheism [Amelek] may disappear and the whole world will accept G-d's Kingship.

Rosh HaShanah is an important holiday for Noahides, too, as Rabbi Manis Friedman teaches in this video, among other holy days: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TT-llPiCcas&t=95s. Since Rosh HaShanah is the anniversary of creation, everyone should celebrate. Similarly, since Shavuoth marks the giving of the Torah, everyone should celebrate, and so forth.
